Planning for Climate Change

The CTP and partners will hold a workshop for planners and other target audiences on climate change impacts to Rhode Island , how to plan for climate change, how to conduct vulnerability assessments, how current state regulations address climate change, and how other governments are taking on the challenge of preparing for climate change. Participants will also become familiar with key data sources and learn specific strategies for engaging stakeholders in climate change preparedness and take part in exercises designed to help them consider possible climate vulnerabilities and adaptation strategies in their communities.
