Categories and top three respective topics of primary importance to decision makers as expressed in a 2008 Needs Assessment conducted by the CTP and Grow Smart RI. Please note that while the CTP and Grow Smart RI focus on many of the same issues and work together to deliver trainings and tools based on those topics, they also focus on different topics independently due to the specific goals and objectives of their programs. As a result, the CTP will not pursue training or tools development for some of the priority topics that are listed below; the priority topics that the CTP will focus on are displayed in red .
